Car starts, and I think it's odd it will fault the ECT by memory mismatch while saying it doesn't have memory...

I'm going to try to just hit the coolant sensor and see if it gets it, but I'm iffy as it was a dealer serviced auction car and I was looking for the gotcha... That's probably why it was at auction!

I have to dig into the car but it just snowed and I'm planning.

I was wondering if I can do a swap with an old ECM in house cheap enough... Is it just clear and go? Or do I need a second bit to program?

or if there's a send off service. The only things on the forum are from 2011 before all the changes.
