Where do I plug in my block heater?

I can't seem to find a cord in the engine compartment to plug the block heater or coolant heater in for cold weather. This week is supposed to be minus 35C at night and I am parked outside.

Yours may not have one. Supposedly it was a factory option, although I’ve never been lucky enough to see one. VTL knows much more & will probably chime in.

I add oil pan heaters to all our cars.

I measured dip stick temps a few weeks ago, one car that sat outside with an overnight low of -7 had its pad turned on for 1hr 20min & the dipstick temp was 21 degrees F.
One of the other cars that was parked in the garage was plugged in for 1hr 45 minutes & had a dipstick temp of 63 degrees F. That one had a brand new heater.
