xc70 25t radiator replacement

Post by widdauen »

Hi there,
I replaced the radiator yesterday on my xc70 25t 2005,everthing went well so far,but I have a harness or cable connector which I cant put back on because I cant find where it has to go,should have taken photos before started it .
Now the cooler fan is running high speed as soon as I start the engine.
Any help would be great.I will attach a pic of it
cheers

Looks\sounds like your fan connection or one of them. If the fan module goes bad they can run full speed all the time. Just go back with flashlight and recheck your connections. If theres a purple wire comin out of that connector it goes to your fan. Chill, recheck and you will find it. Lack of confidence is our worst enemy when workin on our cars. Good fortune, cheers.

A 3 pin? Hmmm. How about the high pressure AC sensor down near the right side of the radiator?

Is AC working? Fits the fan symptom too.
