Bearing shift on my 3rd autozone passenger cv axle?

Bearing shift on my 3rd autozone passenger cv axle?
I’m on my 3rd passenger axle from autozone within the last 500 miles, the carrier bearing keeps shifting causing the axle to keep popping out...super annoying..anyone else have issues with their axles? Or do I have an underlying problem causing the bearing to shift?

I've used autozone duralast axles on an 850 that's still in family with 25k on them. The price was right. I would check length. Is clip still on trans side spline?

I thought the P2 didn’t come with a clip because it had the carrier bearing instead? Also the new axle from autozone does NOT come with a clip

The carrier bearing is pressed on the shaft and should stay put. When one installs a new carrier bearing, one beats it on with a draft, ear protectors required. It is that tight.
I think your issue is parts quality. I know from first hand experience some of the parts from Autozone are bottom of the barrel stuff. I got a refund on the on the last part I replaced three time then got one from NAPA. It lasted until we sold the car. (Don't freak out it was a Ford Taurus not a Volvo).
I suggest you take it back to Autozone and ask for a refund. Then go with a better quality part.

There is no bullring/circlip on the passenger side CV axle.
What's weird to me is that a week ago your "original" CV axle had loosened itself from its confines & partially escaped from the trans/diff splines resulting in you know what. And now this. A bit worrisome I'd say.
Here's a theory - So your "original" CV axle which had "pushed the carrier bearing out of it's mounting location"... This situation I still haven't wrapped my brain around. The only obvious thing I could think of as being responsible was that the cap which is supposed to retain the carrier bearing was either left loose, or had worked itself loose - pretty unlikely, but not impossible.
What I have to wonder is if there has become a "sloped" profile to the splines on the trans/diff side that is essentially forcing the shaft out, and thus forcing the carrier bearing to shift?

This. Wrong inner bearing diameter so it's not tight enough on the shaft itself, or maybe even wrong shaft diameter. It's all about the company who is making these aftermarket parts. I'm yet to see this issue at the junkyards so don't think it's common.. NO, the trans and engine are rigidly bolted together and there is no motion between the trans and where the mount goes on engine unless the trans is loose. I am suspect of correct part number. The OE axles all have the retainer collar pressed on after bering to assure no movement but I know a ton of aftermarket with no retainer are in use and work. If the insertion depth is too shallow that could make it get a force that pushes it out. Otherwise there should be very little force to ever push the CV axle out. The bearing is not a extra heavvy version with much thrust control to hold much force on axle inward.

Inspect the shaft for evidence the bearing is spinning on the shaft rather then with the shaft as it should be. That would be proof the tolerances are not on tight enough.
