BCM

Post by rhlee222000 »

Hi Everyone,
I am not actually a newbie here. For some reason I can't log into my old account and resetting PW didn't work.
Anyway, i have a 2007 V70. Some time ago I got the critical brake error but my car continues to run fine. My dice says "BCM" not responding. I went through the Xemodex flow chart which concluded the BCM was bad. I sent it to G7 computers for a repair. They sent it back with a note saying it had a software error which they fixed, but they didn't have to open it. I installed the BCM and still have the same issue. Any thoughts? car runs great and brakes work fine. Oh, when I pull codes I get P0500, speed sensor.

Try tightening the axle bolt through the plastic cover on the center of the wheel. Any other code? It technically should be warrantied I guess.
