No heat or A/C

I have an 11 XC70 T6 and I get no heat or cold A/C. It's just warm and I believe it's the blend door/actuator. Where is this located on my car? I looked online and I see this info for many different models and years, but not for a 2011.

Any help would be great as it's going to be extremely hot here the next few days.
