Fuel Pump? Relay?

Hello, the other day my vehicle was running fine and ran low but not out of fuel and died down. I went to start it and it turns over but never fired . I checked all the fuses and boxes it seemed that the connections were good.i have been experiencing some electrical issues and it did have a faulty headlight and lamp issues . Seems like the alternator but i have seen somewhere on this site that these cars have electrical issues sometimes. back to the cranking did notice that it was blowing the fuel relay fuse like 2 times and then it didn t blow the last fuse i put in but still no crank. i am getting 02 sensor and injector codes p0430 p0420. may be fuel pump but dontr have 1000 for replacement any ideas?
