In personne of course. Reason why it could be anticipate. And gives enough time to organize the trip. If I should realize that project, I would organise the purchase of a 850 in US, with the help of MVS, join the rallying point with the car, spend a couple of days (2 weeks at least) in the areas (the place for the rallying point is crucial), and then, give the car to someone of MVS that could know someone who could be helped with the gift.
I know, said like that, it could sound crazy, but is it really ?

Kansas City is the one big on sauces ( wet rub ) and there is a lot of choices in sauces and meats. With KC the sauce and the fries are the signature ingredients. Memphis uses wet or dry rubs. Carolina is limited to a thin vinegar and spice sauce. Only South Texas style uses sauces.
So when it come to Barbecue Sauce, Kansas City is #1. Memphis is a respectable second. Carolina and Texas are not big on sauces.
