K24 turbo in good condition. Very minimal shaft play, this turbo should be ready to bolt up and run! The exhaust housing has the typical cracks, and it would probably be worth replacing that. It is worth nothing that the usual K24 exhaust housing cracks don't normally cause any performance issues.
