I am stumped. I need help. My passenger seat hasn't moved since the day I bought it (8/11/2020). I have confirmed that the wires coming from the car have power. I cut the two wires on the forward/backward motor and then wired it to an extra battery. It works. So I figured it could be the switch not working. So I bought another switch panel on eBay; that didn't work either. What do I do? Suggestions please.
Btw my driver seat worked until about 1 month ago, about 30min after I took out my passenger seat. The right motor went out.

Do you have power to the input side of the seat switch? Then check the output side of the seat switch and then the power to the motor. Somewhere there is a break in the power to the motor. You can also check your new and old switches with a ohm meter for continuity.
