How to read out/download language file from car?

Hello.

Did´nt find any topic and even don´t know is this right place or must post on VIDA, VADIS, DICE forum.

Have one car with right language and need to download/read from that car language file to install it to another car. Both are P26 with same DIM. As I found then with Vida I can´t do it but so far did´nt find any other tool/software to do it. Dealers I know, wanna do it my by myself.
