2000 s80 radio

I have a 2000 s80 with 200000 miles.
I replaced the battery and steering wheel lock.
Ever since, the radio...HU 611 model...will not turn on.

I pulled the radio and checked connector positions 1 and 2. There is 12 v power (always on) and accessory position switch power so everything looks good there.

The CD player will eject and accept cds but the radio will not turn on.

Any ideas?

Is there a way to reset the radio ?

This radio does not have a reset code.
