95' 940T a/c not working

My a/c is not working. Blows warm air. Heater works fine. I've checked the refrigerant level and it shows "filled".
Do not hear any odd noises, leaks, etc.
I do need to see if the belt is moving but its dark here now.
I've owned this car 26 years and only have had to have refrigerant added in the past.
I am minimally qualified, if I have instructions and pictures, I usually can fix it. In My book on volvo maintenance, the pictures don't always look like what I see under the hood.
