Got 2 Problems with my 95 t5r

Just got the car a couple of months ago!

First problem:I think my AC has got a leak!just charged it!3 weeks of fresh air then dead...now when i turn the key the light of the AC and the REC flash for about 10-15sec.Whats the problem?how much will it cost me?

Second problem:I switched on my seat heating a couple of times,nearly burnt my ass.....

and now none of them work!already checked the fuse!all ok.Whats the problem?How much will it cost me?

not necessarily a leak, the air con relay always goes to the happy hunting ground, this is a very cheap fix and also a fast one.
