1993 V0LVO 850 NO START AFTER REPLACING THERMOSTAT
I replaced my thermostat and now my car will not start, I have spark and fuel any suggestions as what i should check next.

I would say that the thermostat has very little to do with start/no-start. You sure you didn't unplug some sensor near that area in the engine bay? Read your diagnostic codes and report them back (there might be some set even if you don't have a check engine light (CEL) illuminating.

There is an electric singal sent from the sensor mounted on the side of the thermostat housing to the ECU for ignition control (in addition to indicating engine temp on the gage). When the sensor goes bad, the temperature indication pegs high. When the engine is "hot" (even if it's only a high temp indication), the ignition program changes. It will prevent your car from starting.
Unplug the sensor and your car should start. I changed mine a few months ago. It's relativly easy. Just go slow so you don't break the wire. I think the cost for the sensor is aroung $25.
