Tailgate: 2021 v60 recharge

2021 V6 recharge as intermittent failure when using foot opening and closing operation.

Less often with hand opening. Occasionally it sticks about 75% open. The warranty garage can’t locate the problem, as it is intermittent. Is this a known fault? The car is only six months old, so any suggestions on how I can get Volvo itself to solve the problem would be welcome. Thank you. Callain
