I have seen references to the 12v outlets coming from the CEM. If you want to provide unswitched (but fused) 12v, you can run the 12v from the battery down the center of the car, or under the panels by the doors and across. In car audio, similar such runs must be fused close to (within 12 inches of)...

The doors are 6,5". Any regular speaker with shallow-ish mounting depth will fit. Old speaker holders are reused after original speakers have been removed using mild force and heat to soften the glue.
