The 98 will have a straight outlet flange. If it is a turbo car.
The 99+ will all have angled flanges. If they are turbo cars.
Are you sure these are all turbo cars? Doesn't say one way or the other in the text you pasted in. Usually more NA cars come in that turbo cars.

You need to remove the harmonic balancer but not the crank pulley. Work the belt past the nub with the harmonic balancer removed. I’ve used wood wedges to hold the belt tight up on the crank pulley while I get the belt into tension. Tag them with orange line like an airplane so you remove before fli...

Sensor bracket seems to have resolved the issue. That thing is super picky about the air gap and position/placement of sensor. Hopefully it doesn't return.
