Since TCM malfunction light is working on bulb test when key is in pos.II...then i would check if S,E,W switches are fully engaging & disengaging,if they are stuck in some middle position,check contacts and clean if neccessary. If that doesn't help...i would replace them. About TPS sensor code.....

Well today was clearly my Birthday! The 2 AWOL door actuators I bought from AZGiant in China finally appeared today. Order was placed on 20th April and arrived 22nd June! The other order was placed the same day and arrived on 7th May!! Well they look fairly well made and even came with a small sache...

Air guide ( plastic under engine cover) bolts , on the road trip

If you have to fuss with your air guide and lose a bolt, you can grab one of the top fender bolts to replace it, using a 10mmhex

Re: v70 Ignition Coil Cover Screws RUST OUT

Once the ignition coil cover is out, leave it out. This allows you to inspect oil leak or change coil with ease.
I left my cover out yrs ago.

I only leave the TB cover on to protect the TB and that is all.

That stumble will be hard to diagnose, but of course the fuel pressure will be fine when you check it. This is one of the times you diagnose by swapping and running.

As an update for anyone who cares, I was able to drive the car without issue the remainder of the way by removing the cover and using a 12v fan to cool the CEM. It was displaying the clicking sound Xemodex mentions on their diagnostic flowchart, so I'll be sending the CEM off to them for a remanufac...
