Yes you can do it that way. It is about 3.5 liters per drain and fill. There is another version where you remove the transmission line to the radiator cooler and flush it through there by connecting a hose to the cooler line and draining about 2 liters at a time and refilling until you get cleaner ...

Re: V70 2.4T - Timing Belt Service Interval - how far can I push it?
I would break this into manageable projects, do the timing belt first,
leave the dipstick loose to allow the crankcase pressure to vent off for now.
Then do the pcv system.

Re: Project 2007 S60 2.5T
white smoke I'd expect coolant , blue smoke is oil.
coolant can reach the exhaust if the seals fail in the turbo, blown turbo will also blow blue smoke.
I would inspect the turbo from under the car, ramps or jackstands and a strong light, losing that much oil should be easy to track down.

Re: Lots of Signal too low codes after head swap
i'd look at the simple things first, the parasitic draw should be easy to trace and might shed light.

Re: No lights, crank, start after dealership repairs
sounds like a parasitic draw, could be something simple as the glove box light staying on.
Or something they did..... which they probably suspect.
Its good they are supporting their own repairs.
