Did you do a google search for volvo 1389557?

The 1988-1990 760 Turbo Wagon has been a good car for me. Nearly 14 years with my 1988 760 Turbo Wagon and only one major issue that turned out to be the ignition power stage. At this stage in my car's life i'm just trying to keep it going as long as possible.

My apologies. The strut is to be placed so Caster is 5°. The photo in Haynes shows where I got this. My Right strut at the top matches the R in Haynes' photo. My confusion is how should the Left look?(again, looking at the top of the strut tip) Would the left side be a mirror image of the right?

I've had experience with the OE radio from a 1992 960 I was installing in my 1988 760. I had to connect the radio to power for 24 hours before it would reset. I also had the correct code.

Mechanic is mistaking your transmission as what would be installed in a Volvo 740/760/940. Tell him to think 1992 Volvo 960.
