Ok. Almost 3 weeks later Permatex Ultra Blue has finally solidified. Car throttle pedal reaction feels different and so far RPM glitches did not show up. It looks like sensor replacement in my case is a fix of the problem.

Ok, I've finally replaced the temperature sensor. The problem so far didn't come back. The fan doesn't start when it shouldn't and doesn't stay on when the car is off at least so far. It looks like it's a fix at least as of now. BTW, a rubber ring around the old thermostat has fell apart and turned ...

Ok, I've finally received the parts. Everything fits perfectly. Air duct bolts are 985743, air duct washers are 986500, and front engine mount "flange screw" bolt is 982819. I've decided to not order plastic nuts for wheel well liners. They are a little bit too expensive for a non-critical...
