[SOLVED] 1999 s70 missing bolts and purge line placement Topic is solved

Hello!

While replacing the temperature sensor I've noticed several missing bolts in my car. Also a purge line comes from under the battery. I have an impression that it used to be routed differently. The car was in a transmission shop a couple of months ago. It looks like they didn't put all the bolts back.

Here is what I've found so far.

1) Splash shield used to be kept in place by two "self threaded-like" screws. Now it is attached with two plastic fasteners like the ones used to keep door panels in place. One already broke and the other one was barely in one piece. I'm so happy that the car broke and I didn't drive it much to loose splash shield while in motion.
2) An engine mount "bracket" right under the starter is supposed to be attached to the engine block with 3 screws. But now there are only two.
3) Transmission harness case on the bottom between the engine and radiator fan is flapping in the breeze. All bolts are gone.
4) Plastic nuts holding wheel well liners in place on driver's side are all gone.
5) The purge line is currently bent and attached to the sway bar with a zip tie and fed to the driver's side so that it goes to the purge valve between transmission and the battery. I have a gut feeling that it used to go down and around the radiator fan case before...

A) Would one please be so kind to let me know the part numbers so I could attach all the loose pieces together?

B) Also is there a scheme of how the purge line should be routed?

It Sounds like they slapped it back together somewhat

The self tapping 8 or 10 hex head screws for the air guide aren’t common but you can swipe one from the fender mount until you have a big enough order at FcP to get free shipping. ($50)

The engine mount bolt is more critical , you can pull a second and match or get the part number from the Volvo parts webstore. Link below

The purge line comes up the right side of the subframe, across the front of the subframe , then goes up to the purge valve. If they broke the plastic part, it’s common and bad practice go run it under the engine

The plastic 10mm hex nuts for the liner are either junkyard items or also FCP
items

Parts store shows three different part numbers for the mount bolt. A good place to sort these out is skandix.de They often list dimensions of the bolts in question so you can match up

Purge line is non critical. You can use any decent vacuum line to join the plastic to the purge line. It is important for engine function though. In a piece of engineering I still don’t understand , Volvo uses this line for both purge and fuel pump pressure regulation.

Ok, I've finally received the parts. Everything fits perfectly.

Air duct bolts are 985743,
air duct washers are 986500,
and front engine mount "flange screw" bolt is 982819.

I've decided to not order plastic nuts for wheel well liners. They are a little bit too expensive for a non-critical plastic part. Took measures using an existing one. Going to 3d print an approximate replacement.

If 3D print a 10mm hexnut with a wide flange I’ll buy 100 of them. I want to be able to drill them to size to fit a worn mount screw , so no aperture wanted
