I have 1998 that I am trying to pull some CCM codes on. I have downloaded the demo version of Vol-Fcr 1.3. I have the VAG Kkl usb cable set to com1 on the laptop. I can’t get the software to work or connect to car. I have lowered the baud rate but no luck. When I try to initiate coms I get an error....

Vol-fcr works only with win XP.

You need an old laptop with serial(db9)to obdII cable...or to install xp emulator on win10 since you have usb to obdII cable.
