You can kind of do both. Around here they will give you the same money for the car, whether it's missing parts or not. Doesn't even matter if if has wheels. The heated rear seats are rare, I'd buy them right away if you were in Europe. If you have the time, pull at least the wiring harness, switches and possibly the heater mats. My first Volvo 850 memory dates back to a ski trip with a friend's 850 and me falling asleep in the backseat and waking up because my backnwas super hot. 25 years I have multiple 850ies but no rear heated seats
