Don't believe it is unique to the R. I have a 2000 R and it is the same as a base model with sunroof. I think even the 850 will fit. Might want to confirm that though. Can't find it on a drawing and I have limited access to internet. I'll look again in a couple of days when internet is hopefully fix...
