Be certain you find the correct fill tube when you add ATF to this transmission. Some unfortunate people have remove the cap holding an internal spring and required a transmission teardown to replace.

You will have to source shifter and cables from a 2000, they are special one year only. You might be able to use earlier if you get a complete set. Talk to Robert!

Engine is cranking but cranking is weak. Not enough power to start the engine. I would say that battery is almost flat since odometer & trip readout is blank(------). '99 & '00 needs a healthy battery voltage to start and run since they have DIS(distributorless) system. 11.9v is flat batter...
