Like vti says, get an Aisin pump, Conti belt and replace the pulleys while you're in there. I've attached a post below that shows how to mark the old one before you take it off. I hate electronics, but it sounds like a common denominator could be ignition switch. A long careful look at the circuit diagrams maybe.
