Alrighty fellas!! After 6 months of struggle, the c70 lives! Runs a little rough but she is running ! Thank you Rick for posting the ignition wiring, my 1 &2 cylinders were around the wrong way and marked as Sony the prev owner

I just swapped wastegates and oh boy what a difference vs stock old wastegate! I actually answered my own question on this tropic. before it was boosting 1.2 bar and peaking 1.4 during shifts (Automatic) + the VTEC feeling at 4k rpm. Totaly gone. Re: 1997 850: throws DTC P0410 between 87-90 miles of drive
The SAS was restored with a replacement air pump. Everything else was checked, cleaned, tested and installed. The rubber connectors/elbows are showing age.
The car is back running with more than 100 miles -- no CEL at this time. It could go for a State Air Team test next week.

Ok so a final update and thank you post. All my abnormal shaking/shuddering is now gone! She still has plenty of vibrations and a few rattles due to dash/speedo change and age but nothing abnormal. What worked was changing all mounts. A drain and fill trans fluid change. Did 7 total drain and fills ...
