Zip ties method solved the problem.
Ac is working as it should.
Just finished 2 hour trip and ac blows cold all the time.

Doors will swap but door cards are not interchangeable and you will need to figure out how to make inside door handles to work since they are in different positions on both cars. Wiring is different too,because power windows switches are in the door cards on s,v70. Blower motor is the same....gloveb...

They are interchangeable.

Sas solenoid must be connected and sas valve plugged or removed and manifold port plugged.

Other than that....cut the red wire from air pump relay(positive feed for air pump).

If all above is covered....than there is a possibility that you fried a diode while soldering.

That's how it works,it is pulsing...usually at idle(or when ecu ask for it) will make clicking sound,indicating that it is working.
Nothing wrong with it...it works properly.

B5252 is 10v engine.

All wagon tail lights up to '96 have this problem.
'96-'00 don't have this problem anymore because Volvo decided to use higher quality plastic and protection for tail lights.
