Re: No start - Running out of options

SOLVED.
Solution was found on the site here on a post by Tonyx back in 2013.
Just a bad connection of the green wire at the bottom of the starter solenoid.
Wooooohoooo!
Thanks for the input, all.

Re: Fuel pump same between NA & Turbo 850/S70

Agreed, FWD turbo and NA use the same pump, 94-00. I would say '92-'98(including '98). '99 & '00 have denso management! Fuel pumps should be different since fuel pressure is different. Nope, for P80 cars the Denso (99 and 00) and Bosch management systems use the same fuel pump. I first learned ...

Re: Replacing FPR on 850 M4.4 non turbo

I did this job once on my 98 V70 and re-used the lines. It was slightly different than yours because on the V70 the FPR is down on the rack but it is the same small FPR with lines on both ends of it. It was difficult to get the FPR separated from the lines because everything was brittle and access w...

Re: Replacing FPR on 850 M4.4 non turbo

That's the last line of defense! We don't have Dorman solutions here in Serbia, abscate. It's junkyard or stealership option. I wonder can the return line be just re-used on the new fpr? I can send that in an envelope pretty cheaply. Brass barbs and the connector will fit Warming the nylon line with...

Re: Radiator fan

+1 on what misha says. Only Volvo unless you are in Europe where you may find the OEM supplier parts like Vernet for the ECT.

Re: The Resurrection of (10/1998 to 01/2021 )Elizabeth 1999 V70T5M56 Cylinder Head Job

Same, I leave replacing the valve stem seals to the machine shop. I have paid close attention to the posts about who makes the valve stem seals. Admittedly I haven't read them all but it is still unclear who makes them from what I've read, and I would never take the chance on this item. Do you know ...
