Re: Can a 5 bolt p80 REAR hub fit on the 93 850 4 bolt axle
I've put a four bolt front hub on my '96 850 when an eBay seller sent the wrong part. Everything fitted perfectly, I didn't even notice it was the wrong part until I tried to put the wheel back on.

Re: Can a 5 bolt p80 REAR hub fit on the 93 850 4 bolt axle
Wait, how do you get the brake over the hub? Or does the rear disc clear the hub?

Re: Can a 5 bolt p80 REAR hub fit on the 93 850 4 bolt axle
It seems you're good to go then... grab a hub and give it a go! Wait, how do you get the brake over the hub? Or does the rear disc clear the hub? The rotor should go back on, the CB is the same. It'll probably even allow the guide pin to be installed, but the holes won't line up. The wheel will go o...

Re: Fuel Pump Relay 9434225 Examinations 1998 v70 non turbo
You think a lot of people would be interested in this kind of thing? Lots of people will be interested, and 99% of them will then buy a new one from FCP with a lifetime warranty. :D :D :D It's a great academic exercise, but not one that would be financially viable. Hi, Yes i think that's right. Som...

Watching the video and hitting the thumb button helps with his visit count and nudges the Y/T algorithm, but we're likely talking pennies given the size of his audience.
Not only was he feeling poorly, he lost a weeks work too.

Re: Does soldering wires change resistance? Answered?
To answer your post question, no. As long as you have clean copper, good quality 60/40 rosin core solder ( I prefer a smaller diameter, like .031" ) and can handle a soldering iron, this should be a non-issue. The shrink goes on first! Ask me how I know... Try to to use a good quality, dual-wal...

Re: Volvo 850 ecc outside temp sensor shorted to ground
On these cars...in fact in almost every car ...if ambient temperature sensor is not working...ac will not start because ecc will not know what is ambient temperature in order to protect compressor...since ac will not work if ambient temperature is below 2C(when orange light for snow flake lights up)...

Re: Need 96 850 base rear wheel hub: Meyle?
Have you tried Rock Auto? They list an SKF for the rear. I just bought front SKF, so check if they include new mounting bolts as I was told by SKF they did, but they didn't. The bolts should be replaced as they are stretch bolts.
