IIRC, the concentrate:water doesn't scale linearly in freeze protection. It's an irregular curve. Meaning 100% concentrate has worse protection than proper mix.

Check the small hose feeding the thermostat housing. I wrote some tricks for that hose (using genetic heater hose) in this forum. You will need 7-mm wrench. I'm with Neil. It's likely something electrical. Battery could be weak, ground could be loose or corroded.

But do check coolant level.
