This is very sad. I love FCP, but recently their parts catalogue and customer service has been lacking. On the other hand, I just discovered eEuroparts now offers a limited lifetime replacement on parts bought through them, so I may be giving them more business from now on.

Try to send my parts purchase elsewhere Matt. I have become almost a total IPD buyer anyway. I cannot say enough good about IPD, anytime I have an issue at all, or need help finding a part, they help quickly. Europarts is good, but the shipping costs are not so good, I have not tried Volvo Wholesale...

I'm pretty sure MVS is where I first heard about FCP also. I'm not sure the click through the link 'procedure' is the best way to approach this. But I'm at a loss for any other way to do it.
