Vida has a calibration technique built in to the software for this problem. The module may be DDM (driver door module) or PDM (passenger door module) depending on whether LHD or RHD.

Others here may know of a manual technique for calibration, especially JRL or Jimmy57.

No way. Slightly longer. It fits along the grooves however the bolt holes don't line up and the oil filler cutout has an unsighlty gap. Looks more like CEM than any other module. In my experience after swapping out about 6 of these there will be no physical evidence on the CEM of failure.

You can send the CEM to XeModex for checking. Look on their website for removal instructions.
