I don't believe that you can. The rack bolts to the subframe and the hoses have a rigid part that runs along the rack on the back side which means between the front subframe member and the side of the motor is all the in place space you have to work. See visual for a 5 cylinder, not sure what motor ...
FYI that the P2 subframe bolts are single use and should be replaced with new. A good time to put in new OEM subframe bushing in that are reasonably priced. Verify the torque turn values, if I remember right on my S60 it was 88 ft-lb + 120 degrees.
