LED drivers emit a lot of interference into the power system, it is well known that replacing halogen bulbs with cheap LEDs can cause problems with electronics.

I would start with disconnecting the LEDs, clearing the codes yet again and checking if your problem is resolved.

Pull the spark plugs and inspect the cylinders through the hole. Preferably, with a borescope. Oil gets into combustion chamber via

- PCV
- blown turbo
- valve stem seals
- worn piston rings

Make sure every bolt is removed or slacked sufficiently. I see you have an upper engine mount still in place.

But as jonesg said: there are other places that cause leaks more readily.
