The other end goes to the SAS valve just in front of the firewall, attached to the little UFO that sits there

Each motor has two wires only,so worst case you could just use a double pole, double throw center off switch to put the right polarity onto the motor and use your head and senses to control the limit switch.
A fuse could be used to limit the stop too, as a safety.
