Dan, you want to use either OEM or Corteco seals on these cars. I use the Volvo web store website to specify OEM part numbers, then buy them from FCP , Tasha, or volvo parts lisle in that order. Look on your timing belt cover for a sticker with the serial number and engine type.

Its also engraved on the block behind the cylinder head near the front of the exhaust cam
