Polypropolyene requires a primer before the glue. I have used Loctite 681925 with some success.

My recent experience with 2001 V70 T5 with 5 speed auto:
Drain amount measured as 112 to 118 OZ - more drained when oil hot. Say 3.5 QT if you don't spill.
My calculation shows 4 drain/refill gives fresh oil at about 90%. I did more cycles.
