Two potential problems: 1. The 16 inch wheels may not clear the brakes on the 17 inch wheel car. 2. The 16 inch tires may be shorter and change your indicated speed. That is a head shaker. I need new tires for the V70. I will also be taking loose wheels so they can't jack up my body where ever the lift makes contact.

Test the water temp sensor and clean the MAF sensor. Check the electrical connectors for both. If temperature is wrong or air flow wrong, fuel will not be supplied correctly. Maybe remove and inspect the air intake tube between MAF and throttle. These and develop a hole and leak air (lean). volvolug...

When sick:
