Let's change the fuel pump on a 2004 XC70
OK, I think this is my first post, bear with me. I researched this topic on the net before doing it myself, but didn't find a really definitive DIY. So here is a shot at a step by step replacement of the fuel pump on my relatively new-to-me 2004 XC70. Symptoms were a strong fuel smell on the exterio...

After spending a good 1/4 of the value of the car, I had it home. Waited a week and got my courage up and got my Dremel out and tried the first bolt, on...

Re: Belly pan fasteners?
Thanks Matthew, It took a while, but I did find them at that site. They are listed as "six point socket screws" at $2.87 each without much detail. It does appear that they do have a screw thread rather than a "machine" screw thread. And for the record, the belly pan is called a &...
