Make sure everything goes back in the way it came out. That slot in the middle is asymmetric.

Remove your turbo control valve and airbox and you will see a large diameter hose for the brake booster

That should be sealed from factory. I have no idea how that blew open. It will either need to be plugged or the head replaced.

Ugh those quick disconnects SUCK. Such a pain to release. I bet that orifice tube is nasty, mine was caked up with so much garbage. I guarantee someone used stop leak to try to fix the evaporator leak, but of course it won't work since it couldn't get past the orifice tube. Can someone explain to m...

Made heaps of progress today. While investigating my AC line vacuum leak I narrowed part of it down to the Schrader valve. I replaced the valve with a new one but did not have the proper tool to tighten it. Went to homedepot to buy the proper tool today but quickly discovered it was too small to eng...
