I've been using the SEM ColorCoat stuff. I used the "Graphite" color on these.

The rubber looks a little old, but they appear to actually be in one piece.

Unless they are broken, or your in replacing the outer link bushings, I would just leave them.

Sounds like it's time to pull the headliner and install new material before you put that new trim in place.(Unless it's only loose around the sunroof)

I used THIS STUFF when we redid the headliner in the wife's 855. Spray dyed it to the color we needed.

I used a 1# sledge to knock 2 of them out. The other two required 20 seconds with a recip saw to cut part of the way through the plastic outer cup (stuck the saw in the gap in the bushing and cut from the inside, out.
