It is in a recess, tape or a collar on the bit to act as a centering guide until you get it started. Build the tape up until it matches the diameter of the recess. If all go according to plan the bolt will start backing out as soon as the bit bites.

The original 2.5L is now locked up, I could turn it over when I got it.
If you look above I was think of salvaging the internals in case somebody wanted them. Pistons new are $160.00 each. Connecting rods new are $200.00 each.
