Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) ECM-4020 is stored if the engine control module (ECM) registers a fault in the signal cable to the fuel tank pressure sensor.

Clean the connectors and check the wiring harness for shorts and opens before replacing that expensive sensor.

Judging from his reaction I think he may of intended " drop in replacement " rather interchangeable which can mean identical or very similar. This may be a failure to communicate due to use of a common language.

How old are the tires? Are they a matched set? Take a good look at all four tires. Sometimes it is shifted / broken belts. Uneven tread-wear will cause vibration.

Did you take the plastic covers off the top of the engine?
Use a flat screwdriver to depress reach in, depress and release the clip.
Engine stabilizer brace sounds like AllData is referring to the upper torque rod.
