So far I don't see anything that warrants concern. Measure the battery voltage after a 30 minute rest. Post the measurement. Alternator range is 13.5V - 14.5V. Good chance it is ISS World Wide Web Publishing Service hogging port 80. Uninstall it if it is installed or disable it in Windows services.

Then once smooth and dry, I will install a green Volvo gasket with an Aisin water pump. Fingers crossed. It looks like you got JB on the threads ... not good. If you have some Acetone. Do this before it dries up. Dampen, not sopping wet, dampen a rag with the Acetone and wipe off any excess JB Weld...

RN and RNC Intakes have different bolt patterns The compression ratio is too high on Naturally Aspirated engines for the turboc...
