Re: Volvo Findings! (What have you found on Craigslist?)

I see a lot of older Volvos up here for sale with silly prices ($4000 + ) and the seller says great condition and then you see seats that are trashed and various lists of work needed like leaky valve stem seals. One of them "great condition for age" which is meaningless. Condition is an i...

Re: Headliner and door card fabric

The OEM headliner is discontinued. Somebody on eBay has some old stock for the 1999-2007 S40. They want $250.00 each. You are looking at $500.00 in materials to do the headliner and doors unless somebody can find it for less, which is unlikely. You might be better off finding some fabric she likes a...

Re: Vida CEM swapping

Remove the Red and Black wires fron J1. Plug the interface into the OBD2 port. The Tennsy will power o...

Re: Regina 740 dies on right turns

Mystery solved! It was water in the fuel tank! Condensation from sitting all them years. This year I had to drain the tank and the bowl on my power washer for the same reason. Keep that in mind the next time your lawn mower will not start up after being stored for the winter. US Vodka .... that stu...

Re: 2006 XC70 headlight polishing/removal?

Except for the 2009 Smart car, my vehicles all have an honest weathered look. A few years back some guy in my home town entered a weathered car in a car show. He just did not expect anything. To his surprise he came home with first place. I think the reason is, a good running weathered car ap...
