When I went to high flow cats on my Toyota, I had to have the installers add an longer bung on the upstream O2 sensors to fool them due to the faster gas flow. It has worked well. It could of course be a O2 sensor failing, but maybe check with the manufacturer is they recommend adding a thicker bung...

The most comfortable setup on these cars that I've experienced is Bilstein B4 shocks/struts and H&R 29955 lowering springs. Rides better than stock, looks great, and handles fantastically. By far the best setup for P80.

Probably because of a carrier/frame which holds headlights,turn signals,radiators and horns. Openings for them are bigger for early cars since headlights and turn signals are bigger. You can swap whole front end (headlights,turn signals,bumper)between early and later cars as long as you have matched...
