That’s the vacuum supply for the air door which blends warm air from the exhaust manifold ( big fat shiny elephant hose) or cool air from the front of the car.

To remove my stuck ABS module bolt, I ground it down with a Dremel 9903 Tungsten Carbide Carving Bit with domed head.
